Murray Turner is the Zimbabwean-born founder of Antistable Systems, a business health platform that helps organisations elevate the capacity, resilience, and performance already sitting inside their people and systems. With 17 years’ experience across fast-moving business environments, Murray has seen how customer experience is shaped long before a customer complains, churns, or loses trust. It is shaped by the quality of decisions, systems, leadership capacity, and organisational resilience behind the promise. Murray brings a lived understanding of sustained pressure, adaptability, and what it takes to keep performing when the world refuses to slow down politely. Having navigated a 19-year South African residency journey and built a business on helping others do more with what they already have, Murray brings a uniquely grounded, human-first perspective to the CEM Africa stage.
