    The 2024 South African Customer Experience Report

    The 2024 South African CX Report is the sixth annual edition of what has become the benchmark for insights and analysis into the state of CX in South Africa.

    Produced by market research company ovatoyou, digital agency Rogerwilco and Julia Ahlfeldt CX Consulting, the report takes a comprehensive look at the joy, pain, and indifference consumers experience
    in their interactions with the brands they buy from.

    In keeping with the previous five versions of the report, we polled some 2,000 South African consumers to glean insights on the good and bad.

    This data is contrasted with feedback from 75 business executives who participated in a separate survey, allowing us to compare and contrast the corporate view from the
    consumer one.
