Our objective is to support Africa's Go Green initiative and play our part in building a better tomorrow for the continent of Africa. This is why we are wholeheartedly committed to making Converge Africa as eco-friendly and sustainable as possible. Every consideration is given towards achievable delivery details of the conference with this goal in mind, to reduce our environmental impact and contribute towards a greener future.
It is not always easy to apply sweeping changes to our delivery format, but we are on an upward curve limiting our impact, with a target to deliver a net zero event in the coming years. Every element of Converge Africa has been planned with sustainability in mind, from the transportation options we offer to the materials used in our conference stages, reduced waste and venue food options. We strive to make this event as environmentally responsible as possible, and we hope to set an example for others to follow. By prioritising sustainability in our planning process, we can make a positive impact on both Africa's energy future and the health of our planet.
