What is Women In Energy?

Enlit Africa hosts the Women In Energy platform and brings together an influential group of female experts in the power and energy sector from around the world to particpate in a series of exclusive events held during Enlit Africa. These inspiring women share their experiences and use their personal stories to motivate and inspire each other in a male-dominated industry.

Their expertise showcases how women are making progress, despite challenges not of their own making. The personal element they bring to the Women In Energy brand through events and gatherings in May at Enlit Africa creates a sense of relatability and strengthens the bonds of sisterhood among capable women from Africa and the world. They strive to promote a fair energy transition by lifting each other up and rising together.

A true celebration of strength and success. Rise Together.

Digital MediaConnect With The Newsfeed For Women In Energy

ESi Africa is intentional in its commitment to promoting the role of women in energy and posts a constant flow of topical and real news content across the year. Our unique approach to blending news media and regular in-person meetups means we are always connected and always growing our connected group. A digital communication campaign works to bring together our members, who from various backgrounds in the power and energy sector, share their personal experiences and offer insights into the industry. They also showcase their successful projects, highlighting their career paths and achievements.
