Making Clean Energy Accessible for AllEmpowering Africa's Energy Transition

At Enlit we are on a journey to tell the stories of the people, projects and technologies driving the energy transition.

Along this journey, we have the privilege to meet extraordinary people.
People like you.

And although the road of the energy transition is a bumpy one, filled with challenges, uncertainties, hope and opportunities, one thing is crystal clear:

Across borders and across sectors: our purpose - to deliver clean, affordable and reliable energy for all - is what connects us.

The next stop on our journey to connect, inspire and evolve with you is on 11–13 May 2027, at the CTICC in Cape Town, South Africa. In-person. Because nothing beats meeting face-to-face.

Who we are

From source to generation, from grid to consumer, the boundaries of the sector are blurring and this evolution is being shaped by established players, external disruptors, innovative start-ups and the increasingly engaged end-user.

Enlit brings all of these people together to seize current opportunities, spotlight future ones, and inspire the next generation to be part of moving the energy transition forward.

And so the Enlit circle begins: a constantly growing, inclusive and end-to-end forum that addresses every aspect of Africa’s energy transition.

Expert knowledge is paramount

Enlit Africa’s programme is developed in close collaboration with The Advisory Board (hyperlink advisory board to the Advisory Board LP), a group of dedicated energy specialists, intimately involved in the most critical issues of the energy transition.

Representatives from utilities, vendors, IPPs, regulators, start-ups and other energy transition stakeholders take part in this group, bringing their thoughts and day-to-day experiences to the discussion during the live event.
