Mr. Katushabe is the Commissioner of Transport Regulation and Safety/Chief Licensing Officer of Motor Vehicles in the Ministry of Works & Transport. He is a Chartered Fellow (FCILT) of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT). Mr. Katushabe holds a 1st Class MBA in Transport Economics and Logistics Management from the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI).
