Victor co-founded Mobility Centre for Africa in 2017 to bring together industry, academia and government to think differently about resolving the most complex and wicked transport industry problems of safety, affordability, emissions and congestion. In his MBA research project, Victor undertook an exploratory on “Private car ownership and shared mobility in South Africa”.
