Nason T. Bwatota is a Town Planner and Transport expert based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He holds Master Degree in Engineering (Specialized in Urban Transport Planning) from Beijing Jiaotong University China, also he holds
Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Ardhi University Tanzania, he is Registered as Town Planner by Town Planners Registration of Tanzania (TPRB), PPP expert in Urban Transport by APMG international and he
has various certificate in Urban transport modelling.

Nason has much experience working with informal public transport operators in Tanzania and local communities particular related to Transport sector in advancing social and economic development agenda. Also, he has worked with various national and international organizations as a transport
expert in transformation of informal public transport to formal transport using Bus rapid transit (BRT) services.
Nason had 9 years experience in Urban Transport planning and Transformation of informal transport to formal- BRT operation, currently working as a Transport Planner at DART AGENCY, the Agency which is responsible for planning and operation of BRT for Dar es Salaam city
