Ms Johanna Shikukutu (CMILT) is the Acting Manager of Public Transport Division in the Department of Urban & Transport Planning, City of Windhoek Municipal Council. Johanna possesses extensive expertise in enhancing transport infrastructure and overseeing the management and execution of transport initiatives. With over 15 years of dedicated service in the transport sector, her proficiency spans a wide spectrum, including specialized insight into sustainable urban mobility and transport logistics. Johanna served as a member of the Board of Directors for TransNamib Holdings between 2014 – 2015. She holds a Masters’ degree in Transport & Maritime Management, an MBA in Management Strategy and is a graduate of Stellenbosch Business School. She is currently pursuing an LLB degree.
