Eng. Liftery Ndaba is the Acting Town Clerk of the Lusaka City Council, responsible for overseeing the municipality’s administrative functions and service delivery. In this capacity, he has represented the Council at national budget hearings for local authorities and engaged in key municipal events, including the Agricultural and Commercial Show.Â
He has also presided over operational initiatives, such as the deployment of in-service council police officers for training, reflecting his role in strengthening institutional capacity within the Council.Â
