Thabo Chiloane is a seasoned product and technology leader with over 15 years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation across fintech, retail, e-commerce and financial services. He currently serves as Head of Product at Spur Corporation, where he leads the strategy and execution of retail product platforms spanning customer-facing applications, B2B partner systems, and complex enterprise integrations. With a career rooted in retail banking, insurance, investment systems and e-commerce, Thabo brings a rare end-to-end perspective on how financial technology enables modern retail ecosystems. His experience includes senior product leadership roles at Takealot, Standard Bank, Alexander Forbes and Jembi Health Systems, where he delivered high-impact platforms across payments, supplier ecosystems, digital insurance, loyalty and marketplace operations. A certified SAFe Agilist with a Master’s degree in Business Management, Thabo is passionate about building product-led organisations and applying fintech innovation to solve real-world retail and financial challenges.
