Tatiana Ndlovu is a seasoned marketing executive with over 18 years of experience across diverse sectors in South Africa and the Rest of Africa. She has expertise in eCommerce, digital and performance marketing, data and analytics, agile methodologies, marketing communication, brand management, and customer experience. Her extensive multi-sectoral experience spans industries such as Banking, ICT, Insurance, Research, FMCG, Media, and Telecommunications. Tatiana holds a Master of Management in Strategic Marketing and is currently pursuing a Master of Management in Digital Business. She is a certified Product Owner and currently serves as Executive Head of Marketing and Communications for Nedbank Africa Regions. She is recognised as a thought leader and has made significant contributions to the marketing industry through lecturing, facilitation, content development, and published research. Additionally, she serves as the Chair and a board member of the eCommerce Forum for South Africa.
