Reshni Singh is the Chief Executive Officer of Business Process Enabling South Africa (BPESA), the national industry association for Global Business Services (GBS). Under her leadership, BPESA drives the strategic execution of the GBS Sector Master Plan, partnering with government and industry to position South Africa as a leading offshore destination and catalyse inclusive youth employment at scale. With over two decades of public sector experience, including senior roles within the dtic, Reshni brings deep expertise in industrial policy, investment promotion and sector development. She holds a Master’s in International Business (University of London) and a Bachelor of Commerce (UNISA).
