    Omowunmi Akingbohungbe is a dynamic leader with 20 years of experience spanning banking,

    customer experience, sustainability, and social impact. Her banking career covers Private Banking,

    Offshore Banking, Women Banking, Sustainability Reporting, and Partnership Management,

    equipping her with strong expertise in strategic financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and

    inclusive financial solutions.

    She is the Executive Director of WIMBIZ (Women in Management, Business and Public Service),

    where she drives strategic programs and policy-focused initiatives that advance women in

    leadership, entrepreneurship, and corporate governance. She is also the Founder of the Call to Love

    Initiative, a nonprofit committed to improving educational access and holistic development for

    children in low-cost schools, and serves as a Patron of the Nigerian Red Cross Society,

    championing humanitarian service and community resilience.

    A Certified Customer Service Professional by the Service Quality Institute, Omowunmi is the

    Convener and Lead Trainer of “Service Your Mind,” equipping client-facing professionals with

    emotional intelligence, resilience, and service excellence capabilities. She is also the author of

    Oops! The Client is Upset, a practical guide on managing challenging customer interactions with

    empathy and professionalism.
