Louis Bredel has been part of the Plato journey since 2019, as the younger brother of the brand’s founders. In 2023, he relocated to Cape Town to open and operate Plato franchise stores, successfully launching four locations, including what became the busiest Plato store by sales volumes. He has recently become a shareholder of the group and now works across a dual role, translating store-level insights and frontline experience into broader strategic decisions, helping the brand find unique solutions to scale in a highly competitive market.
