He has worked with leading organisations across South Africa, the United Kingdom, India, and the Philippines, delivering commercial and technology-led transformation initiatives across the financial services, telecommunications, retail, utilities, and travel sectors. Known for combining strategic thinking with practical execution, Lauren has successfully led business turnarounds, launched new service offerings, delivered complex transformation programmes, and secured major enterprise partnerships. Lauren holds a BBA degree and professional certifications including COPC, PRINCE2, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Business Management.
