Kira Koopman is a learning and organisational capability strategist specialising in AI-enabled transformation, leadership development, and human-centred organisational learning and change. With over 15 years of experience across corporate, consulting, and large-scale capability-building environments, she works at the intersection of AI, workforce transformation, leadership development and organisational performance. Her work focuses on helping organisations move beyond viewing AI and digital transformation as purely a technology initiative and instead building the leadership, culture, behavioural capability, and organisational readiness required for sustainable change at scale. She has an MBA from UCT’s Graduate School of Business and recently completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Futures Studies and Managing New Technologies at Stellenbosch Business School.
