Horst Heinze is Managing Director of iNOVO AI, leading the company’s AI business across conversational AI, agentic automation, AI CRM and AI-enabled customer experience. A technology executive with a strategy background at Monitor Deloitte and Deloitte Digital, he combines boardroom-level AI strategy with hands-on experience building, shipping and scaling AI products in the real world. Previously, he led the Growth vertical at Silicon Valley scale-up Superside, helping scale the business from approximately $36M to $60M ARR while building and commercialising AI-powered products. His focus: closing the gap between AI ambition and AI that actually ships.
