Hon. Frank Museba Tayali is Zambia’s Minister of Transport and Logistics, overseeing national policy, infrastructure development, and sector regulation across road, rail, aviation, and waterways. He is also the Member of Parliament for Ndola Central, elected in 2021 under the United Party for National Development (UPND).Â
An engineer and lawyer by training, Hon. Tayali holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and an LLB degree. His leadership is focused on modernising Zambia’s transport systems, enhancing safety standards, and fostering trade through improved logistics networks.Â
Since assuming office, he has championed initiatives to address road safety, expand infrastructure, and strengthen regulatory frameworks. Hon. Tayali represents Zambia in key international forums, promoting regional integration and sustainable mobility solutions that align with national development goals.Â
