Elvira Riccardi is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Afrizan People Intelligence BPO, part of the wider Afrizan Group of Companies. With over two decades of experience in human capital and workforce solutions, Elvira has built her career on turning strategic vision into practical, people-first business outcomes, from recruiting and stakeholder engagement to designing technology-enabled service models that put customer relationships at their core. Elvira is a proud member of the Women Presidents Organisation (WPO) and in 2022, she was selected as an IWEC Foundation Awardee, a prestigious global honour recognising successful women business owners for international business growth, innovation and a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Economics from the University of South Africa. Her mission is to empower people and organisations to achieve their full potential through talent optimisation and inclusion.
