Rebone, a behavioural and research scientist with over 20 years of experience, is dedicated to creating high-performance cultures. She is a Professor of Practice at the University of Johannesburg Business School and the Head of Taxpayer and Trader Education at SARS, leveraging her expertise to drive performance. Specializing in economic psychology and behavioural economics, Rebone has conducted impactful research on tax compliance behaviour. She co-founded a research consultancy firm and advocates for using administrative data in research. Rebone holds a PhD in Organisational Behaviour, an MA in Research Psychology, and various certifications. Her specialties include Taxpayer Education, Research Psychology, Customer and Employee Experience, UX Research, Behavioural Insights Research, and Knowledge Management.
