Cheryl Paarwater is the Managing Director and Founder of Call Lab BPO, an award-winning South African business process outsourcing company delivering world-class customer experience and meaningful job creation, servicing clients across Europe, the UK, the US, and South Africa. Passionate about building businesses that drive both commercial success and social impact, Cheryl has built Call Lab on a people-first culture, the development of young talent, and exceptional service delivery. She holds a BA in Psychology, a BCom Honours in Marketing, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management, and an Executive MBA from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business. She serves on the Board of BPESA and is a Trustee of Tygerberg Hospice.
