Tumisang Moleke the Head of the PPP and Transaction Advisory Services at the Government Technical Advisory Centre a component of National Treasury. He has been with the PPP Unit since 2005. Prior to that he worked as a Transaction Advisor in the private sector advising on pathfinding PPP projects as well as other Management Consulting assignments. He holds a Masters degree in Public and Development Management from University of Witwatersrand along with a certificate in Finance and Accounting from the Wits Business School.
