Paul Maina , PhD: Community Mobilization Specialist. Paul has over 20 yearsÂ’ experience as a specialist in development work. His areas of expertise include community engagements, research and development, public relations, stakeholder relations, campaigns, advocacy, and policy development at national and county government levels. He previously served as a community engagement advisor with Power Africa East Africa Energy Program for 4 years and currently working with Power Africa Empower East and Central Africa as community mobilization specialist. Paul holds a PhD in Development Studies, MSC in Community Development and a BSC degree in Agriculture Education and Extension.
