Olivia specialises in climate change law, policy and governance, carbon markets, climate finance and development, and carbon pricing instruments, with a particular interest in climate change framework laws and advising on evolving climate change geopolitical developments. Her work is primarily within Sub-Saharan Africa, advising governments, think tanks and development agencies on developments under the UNFCCC and Paris Agreement, as well as advisory work on the creation of climate change framework laws and regulations.
