Nolan Grau-Girondot is a nuclear strategic consultant, born and raised across several African countries (Ivory Coast, Chad, Tanzania, Djibouti, Niger, Kenya and Uganda), with expertise across the nuclear sector, including the fuel cycle, uranium processing, and radioisotope applications. He supports both established players and innovators with market analysis, project feasibility, financial modelling, project management, and M&A due diligence. A key focus of his work involves advising SMR developers and industrials on market positioning, synergies, and feasibility—helping assess where vendors fit within existing and emerging value chains across Africa, Europe, the UK, and the U.S.
