Nick has supported multiple municipal cost-of-supply studies and worked with municipalities on various aspects of wheeling, including billing design, tariff reviews, tracking systems, and surveys. His work also includes building tariff models and contributing to tools used for tariff setting. Through his work with municipalities he has gained valuable insights into how wheeling is viewed from a municipal perspective.
