Maxwell has designed, developed and implemented several grid connected and decentralized and distributed renewable energy systems and provided business focused, on-demand technical assistance on new and emerging energy access enabling technologies across Sub Saharan Africa.
Maxwell is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), chartered professional engineer (PE), a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), a member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK), Fellow of the International Solar Alliance and Open Africa Power.
He is passionate about building innovative partnerships to leverage resources and influence from governments, development partners, private sector players and research institutions to ensure universal access to electricity by 2030 and to catalyze sustainable development in the continent.
