Mark is Strategic Advisor to the Full-Time Regulator Member for Electricity at NERSA, advising on ESI strategy and its role in economic development. He has worked with regulators across Africa and Europe on power sector reform. Previously, he led international policy and technical assistance projects, including EU and NORAD programmes, and conducted research on state capture with Oxford Policy Management.
