Loyiso Tyabashe is Group CEO of the South African Nuclear Energy Corporation (Necsa) and a professional engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the nuclear sector. He began his career in the automotive industry before joining Eskom’s nuclear division and has since gained global exposure through international nuclear programmes. Loyiso serves on the World Nuclear University Alumni Board and KINGS Advisory Board. He holds BSc and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering, plus an Executive Leadership qualification from UCT.
