Senior Technical Advisor (GIZ) seconded to National Treasury City Support Programme 

Kelebogile is a seasoned professional in the power sector bringing over 17 years of experience in several roles mainly in project management and assisting in driving transformative change in the energy industry. With an understanding of the complexities within the power sector, she plays an important role in working and collaborating with numerous organizations and governmental bodies towards sustainable and efficient energy systems. Before her current role, held positions of increasing responsibility in project management, gaining valuable insights and honing her leadership capabilities in dynamic and fast-paced environments. She holds a master’s degree in Project Management from Sydney University complemented by certifications in Power markets (Noord Pool), New Power Markets and Regulation (UCT) and currently completing her second master’s in Energy Leadership at Wits University. She remains actively engaged in the energy community through participation in conferences, community of practices and other energy sector structures demonstrating her commitment to driving positive change in the power sector.
