Dr. Justin Dargin is a global expert in energy and climate policy, advising governments and organisations on sustainable development. A Senior Visiting Fellow at the Middle East Council on Global Affairs, his work focuses on energy geopolitics in the Global South. He chairs Tangelic, a non-profit promoting clean energy in Africa. A former Harvard fellow, he pioneered the Gulf’s first carbon market framework. He holds a PhD from Oxford and a law degree from Georgetown.
