Jacques Moulot is Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of the African Development Group for Energy, Water and Environment. Holding a PhD in Electrical Engineering, he brings over 30 years’ experience across energy policy, utility reform, infrastructure development and financing. He has led major programmes supporting power utility transformation, regional energy infrastructure, climate finance, and the financing of ESCOs and SMEs in sustainable energy across Africa.
