Joined the City of Cape Town in 1997 as a junior tariff specialist. Was a key part of the team that in 2001 combined the previous Administration tariffs into a single Unicity tariff for the Metro. In 2015 was promoted to Head of Pricing and Regulation, responsible for the development of electricity tariff proposals for the City.
