Eliphas Kahorere is a qualified civil engineer with postgraduate studies in business administration and environmental management. He specializes in landfill management, healthcare risk waste treatment, and circular economy initiatives. He plays a key role in the Solid Waste Management Division of the City of Windhoek and serves as the Chairperson of NALAO’s Professional Forum for Health, Environment, Water, and Waste Management. Additionally, he is a member of the Ministerial Advisory Panel for the implementation of Namibia’s National Waste Management Strategy. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation at IUM, he is committed to sustainable waste management and environmental responsibility.
