Dr Blessing Thokozani Mncube currently employed as Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) Manager at Umngeni-Uthukela Water.  26 years of work experience in different sectors (technical & Engineering sector, Energy & Renewable sectors, Water & Sanitation sector, Polymer, Chemical, Petrochemical sector, Construction, building & property sector, Marketing & Printing Sector, Textile & plastic sector, and more). Dr Mncube worked as Process engineer, chemical engineer, technologist, energy & water specialist, director, manager and community development activist. 

Dr Mncube holds a doctorate (RSA) in engineering, Masters in technical engineering (Czech), Bachelor in Chemical engineering (RSA).
