Dr. Blessing Thokozani Mncube is a Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) Manager at Umngeni-Uthukela Water. Dr Mncube has more than 26 years of work experience and management skill working in different sectors (technical & Engineering sector, community development sector, Energy & Renewable sectors, Water & Sanitation sector, Agriculture & food processing sector, Polymer, Chemical, Petrochemical sector, Construction, building & property sector, Marketing & Printing Sector, Textile & plastic sector, Training, research & Development sector and more). Dr Mncube worked as Process engineer, chemical engineer, technologist, energy & water specialist, director, manager and community development activist. 

Dr Mncube holds a doctorate (RSA) in engineering, Masters in technical Textile engineering (Czech), Bachelor in Chemical engineering (RSA). Dr Mncube is driven by a winning mentality, innovation and a tendency to deliver results within time, capable of fundraising and building networking with different stakeholders.
