Cleophas Ogutu is Project Manager for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and GIS Data Clean-up at KPLC. He holds a BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and is a Registered Graduate Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya. With over 14 years’ experience, he led KPLC’s transition from static meters to full AMI. He also spearheaded GIS-based data clean-up and loss reduction (2023–2025). Cleophas has international experience from utility digitalisation engagements across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
