Ben Alex is a nuclear engineering specialist with over a decade of experience across reactor engineering, regulatory oversight and advanced mechanical design. Having led reactor engineering at Necsa and contributed to safety assurance at South Africa’s National Nuclear Regulator, he now supports global nuclear projects at Hatch, driving innovation, reliability and system readiness across the clean energy value chain.
