***The National Institute of Professional Preparation (INPP), created by Ordinance-Law No. 206 of 29 June 1964, is transformed into a public institution of technical and social nature with legal personality and administrative and financial autonomy in 2009. It is under the supervision of the Ministry of Employment, Labor, and Social Welfare.
The National Institute of Professional Preparation (INPP) has for social purpose the professional qualification of the active population of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The National Institute of Professional Preparation is not a training center, but rather a public institution having within it several training centers scattered throughout the country. ****

L’Institut National de Préparation Professionnelle n’est pas un centre de formation, mais plutôt un établissement public regroupant en son sein plusieurs centres de formation disséminés sur tout le territoire. ***
