Member of Liedekerke since 2013 and with 19 years of experience, Thibaut Hollanders advises the firm’s national and international clients in relation to multi-jurisdictional, cross-border transactions in the areas of M&A and corporate (re)structuring. 

With a focus on the Energy and Mining sectors, Thibaut advises local and foreign clients in structuring their investments in sub-Saharan Africa, and more particularly in the DRC, setting up operations there and/or negotiating joint venture agreements as well as assisting with the acquisition or disposal of whole companies or individual assets in the mining, agricultural, energy, real estate, transport and industrial sectors.
