Serge has deep expertise in guiding investors and businesses through complex and emerging African markets, notably the DRC. Specialising in the OHADA and SADC regions, he acts as a bridge between investors, lenders, local sponsors, partners, and governments to enable successful outcomes for strategic projects across the continent. Serge has played a pivotal role in reshaping the mining sector by introducing groundbreaking models, such as production sharing agreements, and has overseen the conceptualisation of key institutions in the DRC that support mining, finance, and related services. He also serves on the boards of several leading companies.
