Rachel PUNGU LUAMBA, appointed Managing Director of the Agence Nationale pour la Promotion des Investissements (ANAPI) by Presidential Order no. 24/109 of December 16, 2024, holds degrees in Financial Management from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Paris (HEC Paris) and in Management Science from the University of Mons-Hainaut in Belgium. 

  

Prior to her appointment to ANAPI, she was a Senior Executive and Director at the Central Bank of Congo, where she worked as a Senior Internal Auditor, notably on anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism. She is also a member of several professional organizations, including the Institut Français de l’Audit et du Contrôle Internes (IFACI), the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Association Française des Directeurs Financiers et Contrôleurs de Gestion (DFCG).
