Appointed CEO of Vodacom in August 2021, Khalil Al-Americani is a seasoned telecoms executive with over 20 years’ experience in senior management positions with international groups such as Vodafone, Zain and Celtel. 

  

A civil engineer by training, of French nationality and Jordanian-Lebanese origin, he has spent over 35 years in Africa, where he has built most of his professional career. His expertise extends to the transformation, growth and restructuring of multi-billion dollar companies in complex, high-potential markets.
