Jacques MUKONGA SEFU is a member of the Haut-Katanga Bar in the DRC and Head Partner of the law firm MUKONGA et associés. He teaches investment law and litigation at New Horizons University. He practices international investment arbitration in the field of natural resources.  

Maître Jacques is also well known in the world of public speaking, which he teaches at the Université Nouveaux Horizons and the Université Protestante de Lubumbashi. He has won several eloquence competitions, including the CIB competition in Lausanne, Switzerland, and the Concours des éloquences francophones du Barreau des Hauts-de-Seine in Paris, France.
