Mr. Bakomeka Kelina Adolphe is a Congolese national, who worked in the Congolese mining sector for thirty-nine (39) years, in the areas of finance, administration, and services. During his career, he served as Vice-President of the Chamber of Mines for base metals. In this capacity, he was a member of the steering committee for the GIZ good governance project in the mining sector and actively participated in the 2002 revision of the mining code. He obtained his license as a mining and quarrying agent in 2022. Currently, he is a Technical Advisor to the Chamber of Mines.
