The Ecommerce Forum of South Africa (EFSA) is the trade association which unites a diverse network of ecommerce stakeholders in one collaborative and advocacy-driven platform.

EFSA members include e-Platforms, eShop owners (large and small), digital retailing, payment services, logistics and couriers, digital marketing agencies, warehousing, consultants, trainers and academics.

We provide an environment where all players in the digital economy can thrive sustainably and inclusively. We work to ensure trust in ecommerce; we encourage education and skills development, particularly in collaboration with Services SETA; we motivate for research and industry insights, and we advocate on behalf of the whole ecommerce ecosystem with government bodies.

As a not-for-profit body we encourage all those involved in ecommerce to join us and collaborate through networking and specialised groups.
