He has spent most of his career inside the business, starting in supply chain in 1995 and returning to lead operations with experience in electrical components and automotive aftermarket distribution. His focus is making stock, branches and digital channels work as one system, so a customer gets the same answer whether they ask a counter, a rep or the website.
