As CEO of Digital Frontiers, Todd Malone bring over two decades of leadership across global non-profits, social enterprises, and independent organisations. Todd has a proven track record of delivering large-scale programmes and forming strategic partnerships with local governments, investors, and development partners. His extensive background includes senior roles at international non-profits and companies working across the development sector.
Most recently, as Managing Director and Executive Vice President at the Cape Town-based BroadReach Health Development, he led a multimillion-dollar healthtech in development business unit, overseeing over 1,000 global staff. Todd’s career spans leadership roles across Africa and is marked by his experience working in small communities to managing complex $100M+ annual portfolios across dozens of countries.
His deep expertise in strategic business development, operations, and capacity building in development sector drives Digital Frontiers towards new opportunities for growth and innovation. Holding a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Manchester and a Master’s in Education from the University of Cape Town, Todd combines academic rigor with practical leadership experience. His early career included extensive time in rural, underserved communities in the US and Namibia, setting the foundation for his lifelong commitment to development and impact.
