She is the co-founder of Avatar Buddy, a Managed AI as a Service company that uses generative AI to turn complex systems into tools that are simple, human, and widely accessible. A former Chief Programs Officer and Chief Information Officer at The Children’s Trust in Miami, she led a $184M impact portfolio and award-winning digital transformation that proved technology can scale equity, not just efficiency.
As a Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative fellow, Stephanie designed an asset-based framework for Black wealth creation that mirrors Africa’s own just transition: shifting from extraction to ownership, from risk to resilience. Today she works with governments, private and public sectors, and innovators to deploy AI that de-risks, accelerates, and democratizes economy projects across the globe.
